We are excited to announce that our first TT rider for 2020 is Joe Akroyd

Joe started his racing career on Mini Motos back in 2004, quickly progressing to 125’s & then onto Superstock 600’s in the British Championship before moving onto the roads with his debut at the Manx GP in 2015. 

With a couple of years under his belt at the Manx finishing in 3rd place in both the Junior & Senior Manx GP’s in 2016, Joe stepped up to the TT in 2017. An unfortunate accident left Joe unable to compete and he sat out 2018 as he regrouped & fought his way back to fitness. Joe returned to the TT in 2019 finishing a very creditable 18th in the Senior race. 

We believe that whilst Joe is still relatively new to the TT, he brings a wide range of experience to the team along with a positive & committed attitude & a great sense of humour - an obvious requirement!
